Experience Executive Travel at Its Best with Passenger Connections

In order to operate lawfully under the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 a licensed operator who accepts a booking from a passenger is required to enter as principal into a contractual obligation with the passenger to provide the journey which is the subject of the booking.

  1. All bookings will be carried out for a fare which has either been agreed or for which an accurate estimate has been provided in advance. Bookings are pre-allocated and times arranged for your specific requirements.
  2. All bookings will be carried out in a licensed Private Hire Vehicle (or taxi) driven by a fully licensed driver. The driver will take the best route for your journey using his skill and knowledge in conjunction with the prevailing conditions at the time.
  3. Although ample time is allowed to complete the journey, serious delays may occur due to traffic, breakdowns, road, or weather conditions. These are beyond our control and Passenger Connections does not accept any responsibility for missed flights, Ship, trains or appointments or any extra charges incurred owing to late arrival.
  4. Passenger Connections can only advise on timings of journeys; passengers must ensure that they allow sufficient time for their planned journey. The passenger is responsible for allowing sufficient time for any unexpected delays.
  5. Subsequent variations to the booking such as cancelled (less than 24 hours’ notice from journey time) or diverted flights for whatever reason may incur additional charges on top of any agreed fee or payment already made.
  6. A call-out fee is payable by the passenger if a booking is not cancelled in sufficient time before the booking and/or the driver has arrived at the arranged pickup point. 
  7. Passengers are fully insured but luggage and electronic or personal items are carried at your own risk and Passenger Connections does not accept responsibility for any loss. All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance before travelling. 
  8. We will do our utmost to accommodate you, secure your property, and get you to your destination safely and on time, but no guarantees are given or implied.
  9. All airport collections are subject to 60 minutes waiting time free of charge from the landing time.  After the first 60 minutes waiting time (applied for any job) will apply at £32.00­ per hour, which is charged in 15 minute increments.
  10. All bookings or cancellations must be made solely between Passenger Connections and the passenger.  It is illegal for a driver to accept bookings or cancel bookings on either Passenger Connections or the passengers’ behalf without any direct communication between the passenger and Passenger Connections 
  11. In the event of a breakdown, Passenger Connections will endeavour to arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as is possible.
  12. The driver has the right not to transfer any passenger who in his opinion is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is threatening or abusive, or is a danger to other passengers.
  13. Credit and debit card payments made to Passenger Connections will not incur a processing fee. We no longer accept cheques as payment.
  14. Customer will pay any parking cost for the job including Airport Carpark, London congestion charge, Tunnel Charge.
